We welcome representatives from private industry, non-profit organizations and government agencies, and from Fortune 500 companies to local and regional employers.  Interested employers can contact the Warrior Success Center to arrange a Q & A Day.

Students from across all disciplines and majors can look for information on the student web page for Employer Q & A Days.

A 2-day conference designed to help College of Business students enhance their professional development, learn about the value of diversity in the workplace, prepare for the 21st century workplace, build networking skills, and prepare for professional careers in the business world.  Held each fall and co-sponsored by the College of Business, the Warrior Success Center and the Inclusion and Diversity Office.

A mentorship program in which employers and Winona State students engage in half or full day community service projects together to have a positive impact on the community.  Students network with employers while working with greater social issues in community development, public service, and social responsibility.  Contact DeAnna Goddard for details.
Networking opportunities are held throughout the academic year.  The Warrior Success Center welcomes involvement of community leaders, employers and alumni to provide opportunities for current students to learn the value of networking, provide opportunities for networking and learn networking best practices.

The Warrior Success Center hosts mock interview events to help students prepare for job interviews.  These are typically held in February and April of each year.

Students and alumni can benefit from activities that promote interaction and community.  Do you have ideas about how you can help our students succeed as they transition from college to their career?  Please email DeAnna Goddard, Associate Director of Career Services or phone 507.457.5878.
