Nominate A Book

All WSU community members, students, staff, faculty and administrators are welcome to propose nominations for a "Common Book" selection for the 2014-15 academic year.

The Common Book should be:

• engaging
• challenging
• teachable
• interdisciplinary

The author of the book should be:

• available
• affordable
• willing to work with WSU students

The selection will be taught in a number of WSU classes, including many sections of English 111, College Reading and Writing.  Related programming normally includes visits, lectures and workshops offered by the author.

Nominations that address the yearly theme  are encouraged.  The 2014-15 University theme is "Sustainable Futures."
