Report a safety concern

As a member of the Winona State University campus community, it is both your right and your responsibility to report potential hazards or situations that could adversely affect the health and safety of yourself or others. There are three ways to report a safety concern on campus:

1. Obtain a Safety Concern Form from Facilities Services;
2. Inform your supervisor of the concern; or
3. If there is a reason to not go to your supervisor first, email or call (507.457.5082) the Director of Safety directly.
