Scrubs Camps

2013 Scrubs Camp will be held June 23-28, 2013.

 

Scrubs Camp/High School is a week-long Residential Camp for students entering grades 9-12 in Fall 2013 and wishing to explore careers in healthcare. It is a fun way to learn about a growing field, make new friends and experience college life!

Participants live in a traditional residence hall on Winona State University's main campus and take part in a variety of activities related to healthcare. This program is co-sponsored by HealthForce MN, a center of excellence focusing on healthcare innovation, diversity and learning.

The $475 registration fee covers all housing, meals, scrubs, and instruction/programs/field trips.

If you have signed up and paid the $25 deposit, note that you have until May 15 to pay the $450 balance (unless you are a scholarship applicant).

NEW IN 2013!

Middle School Scrubs Camp, June 25-27, 2013.

This new Day Camp is open to students entering grades 6-8 in Fall 2013. Students will spend three days exploring a variety of healthcare careers such as nursing, rehabilitative therapy, pharmacy, emergency medicine, laboratory, and many other areas through hand-on activities facilitated by healthcare professionals. Camp will take place at Winona Health and Southeast Technical College.

The $60 registration fee covers scrubs top, meals, and all programs/field trips.

Limited enrollment (20) - some scholarships available.
