College Level Examination Program (CLEP) Testing The CLEP Examination has now become a computer based testing program and students test at designated centers. For a summary of which CLEP Tests are available for credit at Winona State University, click here. For further questions on CLEP test credit, contact Carol Ziehlsdorf at 507-457-5106 or Sarah Curtin at 507-457-5511.. The nearest test center is in Rochester Community and Technical College. The Continuing Education office administers the test at a cost of $55 test fee and $20 administration fee. Test appointments are available during regular office hours (8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday).
