Drop-in Doggy De-stress every Wednesday between 3:30-4:30pm.

Nuts for Mutts

May 1 at 1-3pm, Gazebo

De-stress with dogs at the Nuts for Mutts event on May 1 at 1-3pm at the Gazebo on Main Campus. If inclement weather, the event will be held in the IWC hallway. All dogs are CGC certified, and whether you like them big or small, come pet them all.

Grief Group, Tuesdays from 3- 4:15pm, IWC 222

Did you know there is a grief and loss support group on campus? Counseling Services is offering a support group for students who have lost a loved one. This group provides information about the grief process and an opportunity to talk about personal grief and loss in a small group setting. Pre-registration is required.

Tuesdays (Feb. 3, Feb. 10, Feb. 17, Feb. 24 and March 3)

PATCH (Positive Action Toward Changing Health), Thursdays from 11 - 12pm, IWC 222

PATCH is a support group for WSU and SE Tech students with chronic health concerns. This support group is sponsored by the Counseling and Wellness Services and is open to any student who has a chronic health condition including but not limited to Crohns, Diabetes, Lymes, neurological concerns and Lupus.

The group will meet Thursdays from 11 - 12pm in IWC 222.
