WSU Counseling and Wellness Services is offering a seminar series for students who want to learn more about managing anxiety and stress. 

Wednesdays with Winston

Stressed or missing your dog? Come get a little doggy "pick-me-up" Wednesdays with Winston!

Supplies will be available or you can bring your own.

Grief Support Group

A 5-week support group presented by WSU Counseling Services.

This group provides information about the grief process and a chance for students to talk about personal grief in a small group setting.
