PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS WORKING SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY SETTINGS
The master's program are designed to fit the needs of full-time or part-time learners. The weekly and weekend classes are interactive, experiential, didactic, designed to engage, and focus on professional counseling application of skills. The faculty brings to the learning process a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences focusing on the the core areas of the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and other Related Educational Programs (CACREP) and emphasizes three key areas: Academic Achievement, Application to Practice, and Personal Fit to the profession. Within the program are two distinct tracts to choose from, Community or School Counseling.
