THE COUNSELOR EDUCATION DEPARTMENT SCREENING SCHEDULE

Screening for admission to the Counselor Education Department will be offered twice a year. Please see below the dates for application completion and screening. The CE office manager will send applicants a letter advising them of their application status prior to the screening. Applicants will also be notified by mail as to the time and location of the screening. To check on the status of the application folder, call 800-242-8978, x 5335.

Written Application Materials Deadlines:

• March 1 for following Fall Semester
• September 1 for following Spring Semester

Required On-Campus Screening Dates:

• Second Friday in April for Fall 601 class
• Last Friday in September for Spring 601 class
  

*Screening Results to be mailed by the Department Chair approximately two weeks following the date of screening
