Students hanging out in Lourdes.

Current Students

The Housing and Residence Life office wants all students to have the best college experience. This means that students must take on some responsibility. The following information is provided for current students to take charge of their own experience.

Room Sign-Up for 2011-2012

If you are currently living on campus and are interested in living in the residence halls again for the 2011-2012 academic year, you will need to go through a room sign-up process. We will have separate sign-up processes for the East Lake Apartments, the New Residence Halls, and the traditional residence halls. East Lake Apartment sign-up will take place in November. Room sign-up for the New Residence Hall and the traditional residence halls will take place in February 2011. Watch for more information in your residence hall or stop by the Housing Office, 235 Kryzsko Commons, for more information.

Changing Your Meal Plan

Meal plan changes can be made at anytime throughout the semester for those students wanting to increase their current plan. Students wanting to decrease their meal plan can do so during the first two weeks of each semester only. Stop by the Housing Office, 235 Kryzsko Commons, to make your meal plan changes.

Mail Service

Each room has an assigned mailbox which is located in the front lobby of each residence hall. To mail something to your student, please use the following format:

Student Name
Residence Hall & Room #
Residence Hall Street Address
Winona, MN 55987

The mailing address for each residence hall can be found by going to each residence hall page.

Students are encouraged to check their campus mailbox often as this is one way the University is able to relay important information to students.

Summer 2011 On-Campus Housing

If you are planning to live on campus during the summer of 2011, please contact the Housing Office, Kryzsko 235, in late March. Summer housing will be located in the New Hall East at a rate of $12/day. All students will be assigned a single room.
