Academic Accommodations:The Winona State University Disability Resource Center has many academic accommodations to help students with disabilities. Some of these academic accommodations include: Extended time on tests, low distraction, quiet test location, exams in auditory format, texts in alternative format, disabiliy advising, sign language interpreters, scribe, accessible classrooms and labsFor more information about these academic accommodations go to the Disability Resource Center Student Handbook. What To Expect:The Winona State faculty and staff are here to help you. Of course, the faculty and staff need to be aware of your needs in order to accommodate them. For more information on these and other academic accommodations please call 457-2391 or e-mail the Disability Resource Center for an appointment. Where To Go:Upon admission, you should make an appointment with the Disability Service Coordinator, in Howell Hall, Room 136. If you have been diagnosed with a disability, please bring your documentation with you.
