Welcome to the English Language Center!
The English Language Center (ELC) provides an intensive English language program to international students who wish to improve their English language skills while learning about the American culture. The program provides instructions in basic English, building language skills necessary for academic success and career advancement. The center also offers a bridge program that allows students who are advanced in their English language proficiency with an opportunity to take credit-bearing courses at WSU while continuing to refine their English skills in the ELC.
