About the WSU Teaching, Learning and Technology Services (TLT) Center

A multi-functional service and research division of Academic Affairs supporting faculty and staff on the Winona and Rochester campuses.

  Help Desk Just-In-Time Support. Teaching, Learning and Technology Services (TLT) provides multiple-channel, just-in-time support to all WSU employees. This includes live online, phone, drop-in, deskside, and classroom assistance as well as online tutorials and other self-help services.
     
  Professional Development. Teaching, Learning and Technology Services (TLT) develops and hosts learning opportunities for faculty and staff. This includes custom programs as well as events sponsored by such organizations as the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative and New Media Consortium.
     
  Project Support. Teaching, Learning and Technology Services (TLT) provides application development and instructional design support for academic technology projects. This includes the development of Web applications, multimedia courseware, and reusable online learning materials.
     
  Research. Teaching, Learning and Technology Services (TLT) supports and conducts research on the psychological and social impact of educational and collaborative technologies. This includes internal projects as well as collaborations with faculty, staff, and students from WSU and beyond.
