Gabriel Dybing holds an MA from Winona State University where he wrote his Master's thesis on Traces of the Fantastic in Ole Edvart Rolvaag's Immigrant Trilogy. He continues to explore Rolvaag's work by examining the presence of Keirkegaardian philosophy and Christian Realism in it.
