Facilities Services is responsible for the design, planning, advertising, bidding, and implementation of construction for all of the University's major renovation / rehabilitation, maintenance construction and new construction projects.  Our goal is to provide timely and cost effective service to all maintenance, repair, renovation and new project construction.
