Affirmative Action and Title IX Compliance - Mandated

Committee Charge: This committee reports to the Vice President for University Advancement and is responsible for the following:
1. Make recommendations to the President on all matters relating to AA/EO policy;
2. Coordinate and implement AA programs and procedures for the University;
3. Review and make recommendations on all matters relating to Title IX compliance.

Committee will elect a chairperson.

Committee members, with the exception of students and ex-officio, will serve two years. Students will serve for one year, and ex-officio may serve indefinitely.

Affirmative Action Officer will call the first meeting.
