Affirmative Action and Title IX Compliance - Mandated
  1. Committee Charge: This committee reports to the Vice President for University Advancement and is responsible for the following:
         1. Make recommendations to the President on all matters relating to AA/EO policy;
         2. Coordinate and implement AA programs and procedures for the University;
         3. Review and make recommendations on all matters relating to Title IX compliance.
  2. Committee will elect a chairperson.
  3. Committee members, with the exception of students and ex-officio, will serve two years.  Students will serve for one year, and ex-officio may serve indefinitely.
  4. Affirmative Action Officer will call the first meeting.
  5. Composition: 5 IFO, 1 ASF, 1 AFSCME, 2 Students, 1 Coalition, Affirmative Action Officer (4 Ex-Officio: Director of Human Resources, Director of Athletics, Director of Student Support Services, 504 Coordinator)
