  1. Committee Charge:
        1. Coordinate all activities for the graduation ceremony held at the end of the academic
            year.
        2. Review nominations of candidates for honorary degrees and make recommendations
            to the President.
  2. Administration will appoint a chairperson.
  3. There is no formula for the term of office.
  4. Representative for VP for Academic Affairs will call the first meeting.
  5. Composition: 6 IFO (one from each college and one from non-teaching faculty), 2 ASF, 3 AFSCME, 1 MAPE, 2 Council of Administrators, 3 Students, 1 Coalition, Representative for VP for Academic Affairs (5 Ex-Officio: Director of WSU Bands, Facilities Services Representative, Technical Director/Stage Setup, Public Information Director and Publications Representative)
