Q: Who can use the Fitness Center? A: Current Winona State University students, Winona State University faculty and staff may use the facility after purchasing a membership.
Q: What do I need to use the Fitness Center? A: Current WSU ID card to be scanned upon entering facility.
Q: Can we come and look around? A: Yes.
Q: Is there a place where I can change? A: Yes.There are men’s and women’s restrooms located on the first floor across from the main entrance.Unfortunately, we do not have shower facilities.
Q: What are the busiest hours? A: MWF 2pm-6pm.
Q: How do I get orientated to the new equipment? A: We offer an orientation video or personal orientation, inquire at front desk. Our student staff in the fitness facility is also available for on site orientations upon request.
Q:Can friend staying with me workout? A: Sorry, for insurance reasons we are unable to let persons who are not students, faculty, staff or spouses use the fitness center.
Q: If I have a spouse may they workout? A: Yes, you may purchase a membership for your spouse. You may print a membership application from the website or stop in the Fitness Center and pick one up. All spouses must sign a liability waver located at the Fitness Center.
