Jamey Aebersold offers one of the most comprehensive selections of jazz material, both written and recorded. Mainly known for his extensive catalog of play-a-long recordings, one can also find an ample selection of pedagogical material from method books to transcriptions.
PG Music is the home of Band in a Box software (and many other programs) - which is a play-a-long package that includes an excellent collection of performance styles, and a notation option to create lead sheets easily. It also allows the user to enter chords and melodies manually, and record performances via a MIDI input device. A great learning tool.
Pandora is a customizable internet radio station that has a great collection of jazz. User can specify artists and types of music, and Pandora will create a station that will play selections for you, or you can skip ahead to other tracks. Also contains links to more information on artist, album, etc. A simliar jazz listening site is Last.fm
