Dick Record, TrusteeDick is a graduate of Youngstown State University and also completed studies at the University of Pittsburgh, Syracuse University and the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. Dick was president and general manager of Midwest Family Broadcasting in La Crosse from 1971 – 2009. He is now enjoying “semi-retirement,” but remains active in professional organizations and volunteer activities. Dick is a member of the Wisconsin Broadcaster’s Association Hall of Fame, the Wisconsin Broadcaster’s Association Foundation, the National Association of Broadcasters and the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council. He is a trustee emeritus of Viterbo University and serves on their board of advisors. Dick is also on the UW – L chancellor’s group, the ORC Industries board, Bluff and Rural Land Conservancy, Thomas Book Group, La Crosse City Arts Board and the Heritage Club at Gundersen Lutheran. Dick has two children; Bridget Lee and Ann Christine. In his spare time he enjoys travel and cooking.
