Our Mission

The mission of the Winona State University Student Health Services is to provide care to all students of the university.  It operates within the philosophy that students cannot be academically efficient unless they are in optimum health. Student Health Services strives to ensure the optimum health of the students through on-campus health care, referrals to off-campus resources when necessary and health educational materials and programs.

Where are we located?

Student Health Services is located in Wabasha Hall.

101 E. Wabasha St. - 2nd Floor

We are handicapped accessible. You can access the elevator by going into the door marked Child Care on Wabasha Street.

Cost

The student activity fee includes a health service fee that enables all students to use the student health services.  This fee covers appointments with a Physician, Nurse Practioner, or Nurse with no charge and reduced laboratory tests and medication prices.   There are also charges for immunizations, medical supplies and some medical procedures.  Crutches may be rented for a small charge.
