Lists can be viewed by type of user parents, children, women, journalists, health professionals, and educators and by topic. There is also a search function. Ratings are based on the accuracy and depth of information, frequency of updates, and ease of use. CyberDiet.Com Although designed primarily as a commercial site for consumer use, CyberDiet.com provided a large selection of free information. This site was originally started by a registered Dietitian. This site is worth a visit and provides meal planning and daily nutrient requirement info, has assessment tools for evaluation of body fat distribution, waist/hip ratios, target heart rate and body composition. The "Fast Food Quest" provides valuable and interesting information for diners, providing info on the comparison of foods prepared at over 25 of the most popular fast food establishments.

Birth control counseling and gynecological examinations for routine pelvic examinations and Pap Smears are available by appointment. To make an appointment for a gynecological exam and/or obtain contraception you must do the following:
There is a cancellation notification policy for GYN exams. Call as soon as you are aware that you cannot keep the scheduled appointment so the open appointment is available to another.
