Viewing Paycheck Information Online
The following information will help you on how to view your paystubs/paychecks online through the State of MN Self Service Website.

• Direct Deposit is required for all State of Minnesota employees under Minnesota Statute 16A. 17, Subd. 10. Because paper paychecks no longer exist, all paystub information is now available through the internet.

• You can view paycheck information online using the Employee Self Service link found on the home page of the WSU Human Resources website: www.winona.edu/humanresources. Note: Forms and benefit information are also accessible from this website.

• Your user name is your eight digit SEMA4 ID number and your initial password is the last four digits of your social security number. After your first sign-in, you can change this password at any time. Please contact Human Resources at (507) 457-5005 for your SEMA4 number.
