Transfer Students

Application Requirements
1. Complete the WSU International Student Application for Admission IS application PDF

2. Fill the Transfer Recomemndation Form (Fill this form if you are in the USA).

3. Original or Certified True Copy  (copy with a fresh stamp, date, and signature of a notary) of TOEFL, or IELTS, or SAT, or ACT.

*All documents must be original, official, certified true copy or officially stamped by a legal official.

4. Original or Certified True Copy (copy with a fresh stamp, date, and signature of a notary) of High School Certificates (only if transferring less than 24 credits), including official transcripts.

5. Original or Certified True Copy (copy with a fresh stamp, date, and signature of a notary) of University Transcripts (must be original from all U.S. colleges or universities) including official translations.

6. If currently enrolled in a university, provide final transcripts on arrival at WSU.

7. All course descriptions from classes taken outside the USA, including official translations.

8. $20 USD non-refundable application fee.

9. Original Bank Statement(s) with a minimum balance of $17,100 US dollars.

10. Original letter from sponsor stating relationship, financial commitment, and willingness to sponsor you.

11. Photocopy of passport.
