A $40.00 Forfeit Deposit will be charged for each team entered
(checks required)

Participation Requirements

·        Must be WSU student

·        Must have current WSU ID

·        May not participate on more than one team in any sport

·        Each player is responsible for his/her own eligibility

·        All players must be listed on the official roster which is kept in the intramural office
