e-Warrior: Digital Life & Learning Program DetailsAll full time undergraduate students (12 or more credits) on the Winona campus are enrolled in the e-Warrior: Digital Life & Learning Program. The program fee is automatically billed to the student account, and is included in the formula for determining financial aid eligibility. To view the student laptop agreement CLICK HERE. The e-Warrior: Digital Life & Learning Program includes:
Insurance is included on all laptops with students responsible only for paying the deductible in the event of a stolen laptop. There is also damage coverage for non-warranty repairs. Students pay only a small fee regardless of the cost of actual repairs and parts. The e-Warrior: Digital Life & Learning Program offers phone, e-mail, and walk-in support for any questions or issues that may arise. The Technical Support Center (TSC) is staffed with trained student workers and full-time technicians who are available to assist. Since we understand the importance of technology on campus, if a laptop cannot be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, the student will be provided with a replacement laptop of the same model. Additional file storage space is provided for each student on the WSU network, as well as space for students to post their own websites. New students will receive information about how to receive their laptop with their registration materials. Last Modified: Friday, August 21, 2009 8:38 |
