Request should be received at least 2-4 weeks prior to the event if possible. The sooner the better.

Information we need:

• Date
• Time
• Title of program
• Type of program:
  • Speaker,
  • Athletic event,
  • video showing
• Equipment you need access to?
  • projection system
  • PA system with 1 or 2 mic's
  • Special requests
• Time to meet with IMS staff to go over equipment operation.
• Contact for Event: Name, phone#, & email address

Non WSU groups using Technology Systems on campus will be assessed an additional rate over and above the Facilities Room rate. Contact Tom Hill for specific charges.
