ITV Class Handouts, Tests, & ITV Folders As Winona is a Laptop University, and working toward a “paperless” model- in that many classes are using content management systems, such as D2L or Blackboard- the preferred method for testing and submitting homework is either on-line or via email. However, it may occasionally be necessary to either send or receive specific paper-based handouts and other material from one campus to the other. For this purpose, we have set up a courier-based folder delivery system. Please note: although WSU provides this service, the actual folder deliveries are performed by an outside contractor. WSU cannot be responsible if folders are delivered late, or if contents become lost or missing. We strongly urge you submit your work digitally if at all possible, or at least photocopy or otherwise duplicate any work sent via courier. Again, WSU cannot be responsible for late delivery times or missing work! Blue folders are available on both campuses, at the drop-off points indicated below, for students to use to place completed homework, handouts or other paperwork in to transfer from one campus to another. At the end of class, it is the responsibility of the individual student to make sure that they place their homework in the folder, and ensure that it is addressed correctly, for the Faculty member on the opposite campus. DO NOT LEAVE HOMEWORK OR HANDOUTS IN THE CLASSROOM, ASSUMING THAT THEY WILL BE PICKED UP. To ensure your material will be delivered in a timely manner, the student must take the folder to the drop box and place it inside. Red folders are used to transmit test material. These MUST be picked up by a staff member or approved test proctor. Typically, test materials will be placed in a folder as students finish testing, and if the last person finishes before the end of the class time, you MUST contact ITV Support to let them know the folder is ready to be picked up.
