To operate LCD first open the sound cabinet on the wall next to the door. The cabinet is usually locked, and if you do not have a key, you will have to get one from the music office (Integrated Media Services does not have a key).

To turn the projector on, push either the “PC” or “Video” buttons.

• Plug the VGA cord into your laptop.
• If necessary, plug the audio cable into the headphone jack on your laptop.
• The network jacks are located on the outside of the cabinet on the right hand side.
• Once all the necessary cables are plugged in, push the “PC” button if you are using your laptop and push the “Video” button if you are using a video
• (there is no VCR installed in the room. If you need one, you will have to contact Integrated Media Services).

To adjust the volume, turn the volume knob up or down.

To turn off the projector push and hold either the “PC” or “Video” buttons for 5 seconds.
