To project in rooms, 328 & 329:
1. Connect the 15-pin VGA cable to VGA port on laptop or powerbook.
2. Connect network & audio cable if necessary.
3. Make sure switch box is on "B" for laptop or "A"
for desktop computer. 
4. Aim the remote at the projector in 328, & press the ON button.
5. Press the INPUT button to select computer/laptop or VCR: INPUT
1=computer/laptop
INPUT 3=VCR
6. Turn the computer on at this point.
7. Aim the LCD remote at the projector in 329 & press the ON
button.
8. Press the INPUT button to select computer/laptop projection or
VCR:
INPUT 2=computer/laptop, INPUT 3=VCR.
9. The computer or video signal should now show on both screens.
10. To use the audio with computer/laptop, make sure #4, in output
B, is pressed on the Matrix switch box. (Located in Gildemeister
329)
11. To use the audio with the VCR, make sure #2, in output A, is
pressed on the Matrix switch box. (Located in Gildemeister 329)
12. When there is no INPUT signal for more than 15 minutes, the
projector will shut off.

13. Press Light button on bottom of remote for backlight.
14. At the Mouse/Adj location, make sure button is on Adj unless
you want to use the laser pointer or black screen. If you would
like to use these functions, move the button to Mouse.
Note: In order to turn the projector on/off, change INPUT, &
change volume the button must be at Adj.
15. To turn projector off, you will press the OFF button twice.When
you turn the power off, the LCD will cool down for about 1 minute.
During the cool down time, the projector lamp will not turn on.
Note: Gateway Users: If image appears on the computer,
but not on the projection screen, hold the FN button & press F3 to toggle
from PC to PC & LCD or LCD.
Macintosh Titanium users: If the image does not appear
on the screen, hold the OPTION button & press F7 to
toggle the screens.
To project your image only
in 328:
1. Connect VGA cable to VGA port on laptop or powerbook.
2. Connect network & audio cable if necessary.

for desktop computer. 
4. Aim the remote at the LCD & press the ON button.
5. Press the INPUT button for computer/laptop projection (Input
1) or video projection (Input 3).
6. Turn on the computer at this point or press play on the VCR.
7. To turn off the projector, press the OFF button twice. When
you turn the power off, the LCD will cool down for about 1 minute.
During the cool down time, the projector lamp will not turn on.
Gateway users: If image appears on the computer, but not on the
projection screen, hold FN & press F3 to toggle from PC to
PC & LCD or LCD.
Macintosh Titanium users: If the image
does not appear on the screen, hold the OPTION button & press
F7 to toggle the screens.
