Requesting

a satellite

program

 

Request should be received at least 2-4 weeks prior to the broadcast. The sooner the better.

Satellite programs can be free or can cost several hundreds of dollars. Contact us before you pay a satellite program fee. We need to verify that we can have the capabilities to downlink this program, and that a room with satellite access is available during your requested viewing time.

Information needed:

• Date
• Time
• Title of program/Satellite Broadcaster
• View program live or tape for later use
• If Live? How many viewers do you expect?
• Do you need access to a phone during the program?
• Telephone # for satellite technical help or phone # for Satellite Broadcaster
