Equipment Media equipment is available for use by WSU faculty, staff, and students. Our list of media equipment details policies for checking out and using equipment both on and off campus. A three-day notice is required for obtaining media equipment. Click to view equipment list and policies. To reserve equipment, please contact Media Services. Many classrooms are equipped with media equipment on a permanent basis. To find out if your classroom already has equipment, click here. We ask that you do not move media equipment out of existing classrooms as this creates conflicts for other faculty and students. To report a equipment failure, repair needs, or purchase information please go to or contact Media Services. Non WSU Groups using space on campus will be charged for use of Media Equipment.
