Media Services provides duplication services of non-copyrighted media for the University Community. Copyrighted media must include a copy of written permission from the copyright holder in order to be duplicated. For help in obtaining permission click on this link to the Copyright Managment Center. We are set up for individual and small duplication requests, not large duplication requests. We attempt to turn around dubbing requests within 1-5 working days, with priority given for instructional projects. Prices listed here are subject to change as our costs fluctuate. Media Services also provides some equipment in the Media Center for the University to provide self-service duplication at no charge. These duplication services cover straight duplicating, no editing, or adding menus, etc. Billing is against WSU Accounts, or individual electronic billing for students, faculty, and staff. If you would like to edit your tape/DVD prior to duplication digital video editing equipment is available for your use in the Media Center.
