Media Services

Media Services Equipment Checkout

Requests will be honored from any registered WSU student.

Students will fill out check-out form, including the names of everyone in their group using the camera.

Media Center staff will hold the student's WSU ID card until the equipment is returned.

Checkout time is 2 hours, 4 hours, overnight & weekend.

The last check-out time is 4 p.m. Equipment checked-out at that time must be returned that night or before 8:00 a.m. the following day. Media Center staff arrive at 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Students will be required to pay for the replacement or repair of this equipment if it is negligently lost or damaged while in their possession.

Students are required to pay a late fee of $1.00/hour for every hour the equipment is over due.
