• Monday - Thursday  7:30 am - 8:00 pm
• Friday  7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Sunday  2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

SUMMER HOURS

• Monday - Friday  7:30 am - 4:00 pm

The Technical Support Center is a Full Service Area.

• Welcome Desk provides help desk assistance for computer related problems.
• Walk-in Support is where students, faculty and staff can receive assistance with hardware and software problems.
• Hardware Repair Area is a certified warranty repair center for laptop computers.
• Our e-Warrior Digital Learning Center provides computer skills training.
• Users can call in for computer assistance to our Telephone Support.
• Media Printing and laminating.

Our Technical Support Center employs trained, full time staff to troubleshoot computer problems. We also employ a large number of student workers (STARS) for supplemental assistance, providing a quality working experience.
