Our newly remodeled Welcome Desk is the hub of the Technical Support Center.  Our friendly staff / STARS (Student Technology and Resources Specialists) are trained to assist you with: 

          •   Laptop Program/Technology Questions
          •   Laptop Distributions
          •   Laptop Terminations
          •   Laptop Issues
          •   WSU Photo ID’s
          •   Color Printing/Laminating/Copying

By providing your warrior ID we can create a record of your visit and keep a running history of all visits and issues.  If you need to see a technician you will be directed to our wait area.  A technician will be out to get you as soon as possible and will escort you into our Walk-in area.
