Phone Support                          

Telephone support is available to all faculty, staff, and students during our normally scheduled working hours.  Our trained full time staff and part time STARS (Student Technology and Resource Specialists) are always ready to help you with your technology questions.

If our technician cannot help you solve the issue over the telephone it may be necessary for you to bring your laptop into our Walk-In Support area for one on one consultation.

Office visits are also an option where an onsite technician may be sent to your office location to help you within a reasonable amount of time.
