WSU PHOTO ID'S - Maxwell 227

Faculty and staff members can go to Maxwell227  to get a new or replacement ID Card.

Faculty/Staff ID

All students at WSU are issued a photo ID card that is used as their library card, food service card and general identification card on campus.  You must be a registered student to get a card.

Student ID

• Replacement ID cards are issued in the Campus Card Office, Maxwell 227.
• Replacement of a Student ID card is $20.00
• Replacement is $10.00 if the old ID card is turned in when you get the replacement.
• Student ID cards are good for five (5) years from the date of issue.
• Lost ID cards should be returned to the Technical Support Center or Campus Card Office.
• Notify the library if your ID card is lost or stolen, you may be liable for books checked out under your card.
