OFF CAMPUS DATABASE ACCESS PROBLEMS


Have problems accessing the databases?

  1. If you have a WSU D2L, laptop, or email account, you can use that username and password to access the WSU Library databases.
  2. If that does not work, you can use the barcode on the back of WSU ID and your last name as the password. Your barcode starts with "20106..." (if your barcode starts with "20215...," and you do not know your WSU email account name and password, contact WSU Tech Support in Rochester at 1-800-657-3870 or in room GL 118).
  3. If neither of those combinations work, fill out the form below, and a member of the library staff will contact you about the problem.

      "Reset" will clear all boxes, if you want to try again.


    (Some possible problems: Have you changed your last name? If so, try your previous last name. Have you gotten a new ID card? Perhaps the old card's barcode is in your patron record.)
