Helpful Tips

• It is strongly recommended that students contact their roommate(s) to discuss loft needs and wants for their specific residence hall room.
• If you are placed in a build-up room, you will not need to order a loft.

How do I order a loft?

Students living in: Lucas, Morey, Prentiss, Shepard, and 2nd or 3rd floor of Lourdes who want a loft, will need to register online at www.bedloft.com. These lofts are delivered to the room, unassembled, prior to move-in day.

Students living in: New Hall East, New Center West, East Lake, Maria, Tau, Sheehan, and 1st floor Lourdes who want a loft may request a loft extension kit through Winona State University directly. Please email woodenlofts@winona.edu with your name, Warrior ID, and room assignment.
NOTE: These rooms come furnished with beds that can be adjusted to a height of 3 feet without a loft extension kit.

Students living in: 4th Lourdes (doubles & triples) do not need to order a loft. These beds are lofted prior to move-in day.

Can I construct my own loft?

Students may construct and/or bring their own loft from home; however, students must adhere to strict loft construction guidelines set by the University to ensure student safety. In addition, any non-University loft must be approved by residence hall staff on move-in day.
