The 2004-05 WSU Advertising Campaign
Winona State University is an institution in high demand and has limited first-year student applications each year to ensure the university stays at about 8,000 students, to maintain quality. While Winona State does not advertise to increase enrollment, the institution continues to produce and place advertising that helps tell the story of the university's quality image and national recognition for excellence.
For the past few years, WSU advertising focused on students and recent graduates and the important things they are doing to improve our world.
Current advertising, with the theme "World Class," focuses on WSU's faculty, their excellent credentials, and the ways they bring expertise into the classroom while encouraging students to take learning into the world.

In addition, WSU is cooperating with Winona Radio on ads to help explain the "Winona Experience," envisioning a new university concept that takes WSU to even greater heights of quality education and student services, that helps protect and enhance the value of WSU degrees, and improves WSU's service to society.
