Photographic Products and Services All university departments and individuals must provide for their own photographic needs either internally or through the use of freelance or other hired photographers (professional or student employees). While the Winona State University Communication office staff can consult with departments to aid in their planning for coverage of their photographic needs, the services of University Communication student photographers are available only for photo opportunities that coincide with university promotion priorities. WSU Media Services (Phelps B18, 507-457-5110) has expanded its digital photography technology and has a number of digital cameras (both still and video) available for check-out. In addition, the WSU Bookstore offers 35mm and Advanced Photo System film processing and printing at reasonable prices and quick turn-around (1-2 days). May's Photo (113 W.
