    Credit Refund Policy

Other Non-Credit Classes 

Unless otherwise stated in a course’s registration information or confirmation materials, the following cancellation policy is in effect for non-credit classes offered through Outreach & Continuing Education.

If we receive your cancellation at least 5 full business days before the first class date, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations received within 5 full business days of the first class date. Should a class be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund. Please include two phone numbers and an email address so that we may notify you of any changes in the status of your class.

Accessibility & Accommodations

Reasonable accommodations for a disability (e.g., wheelchair accessibility, interpreter, Braille or large print materials) can be made available upon advance request. Please contact our Disability Service Center to make arrangements as soon as possible. Also, schedule is also available in an alternate format in compliance with ADA requirements.
