WSU Employee Parking Information

Faculty and staff may apply for the upcoming academic year beginning April 1st. Permits are awarded on a first come first serve basis. Parking Services does not offer automatic renewals for permits. A new application must be submitted each year.

Permits awarded will be mailed by August 10th to the address listed on the application. Waiting lists will be established once permits are sold out for a particular lot.

WSU employees can take advantage of a pre-tax option by paying for their permit through payroll deduction. All necessary information required for this is available on the parking permit application.
