Edward Guernica

EdwarddGuernica received his Ph.D. From Tulane University, studying with Paul Lewis and specializing in politics of the Southern Cone with a particular focus on Legislative Politics and Democratization. Currently, Edward is working on the publication of his dissertation which deals with the “politics of the civil-coups” or impeachment cases in Latin American. At Winona State, Dr. Guernica teaches Comparative Politics, European Politics, Latin American politics, North America, and is working on a course on Research methods. When Ed finds time to breath, he can often be found in the company of his PDA or other technological wonder, usually employed doing one of the above tasks. Or at least talking about technology....
