Troy Scottig is now a Law Clerk, District Court, Third Judicial District. He graduated from the University of Akron School of Law on May 20, 2001(Magna Cum Laude).  While at the Law School, he was a member of the Law School's Mock Trial Team, and was also selected to the Editorial Board of the Akron Law Review. He wrote a paper during his second year and it was recently published with the title "Hate Crimes and the Need for Stronger Federal Legislation." After graduation he moved back to Minnesota and is currently working for a District Court Judge in Owatonna.
