Dr. Bosworth is the new coordinator for the American Democracy Project at WSU. In 2006, this project hosted an election fair and two forums highlighting civil liberties and rights with nationally recognized speakers and authors.

Dr. Bosworth's article on states' waiving sovereign immunity from federal laws has been accepted for publication in Publius.

Dr. Bosworth's book Courts as Catalysts: State Supreme Courts and Public School Finance Reform, was published by SUNY Press, and is currently listed on Amazon.com.
