HistoryWinona County History Center, founded in 1935, is Minnesota’s largest county historical society.During April, the History Center will be featuring “Curious Collections.” MusicMidwest Music Fest, April 18-20, features more than 70 bands and musical acts at various venues around the community to raise funds for local non-profit organizations.
