in their high school/college visits
- Processes all budgetary requests in the office

- Maintaining the files of the transfer students and all the records
connected with that
- Entering the student’s transfer credits and other information
into the student records computer system
- Handling mailings to transfer students
- Answering questions that transfer students may have about the
admission process and their status
- Assisting the Transfer Coordinators with their duties
