As soon as your application materials are in order, the Office of Admissions will inform you of its decision, usually within ten days. Be aware that our growing popularity as a first-choice university means highly qualified students are filing their applications earlier and earlier in their senior year. Consider these statistics: 95% of last year's entering class graduated in the top half of their high school class, 60% were in the top quarter with an average ACT of 23. The top one-eighth of the freshman class averaged 26 on the ACT and the recipients of our most prestigious academic scholarships scored a 32 or higher. The Office of Admissions urges all students, especially those eligible for academic scholarships, to apply as early as possible this fall. |
