Dr. Judith Ramaley inaugurated as Fourteenth President of Winona State University

The entire community celebrated along with Dr. Judith Ramaley as she was inaugurated as the fourteenth president of Winona State University on April 7. The inauguration was preceded by a community spruce up day on April 6, with all three Winona institutions of higher education participating, and a community procession leading Dr. Ramaley into McCown Gymnasium for her installation.
